Between 4 and 6 weeks before the event → 50% refund
Within 4 weeks of the event → No refund

 All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

If you have booked using a discount code, you will not be issued a refund if you cancel your place or do not attend.
Therefore, please ensure that you have study leave in place before booking your place using the discount code.
