Fernando Gallardo is a vascular and endovascular surgeon and Head of Vascular Surgery at Quirónsalud Marbella and Campo de Gibraltar, Spain. His clinical practice focuses on advanced endovascular and endovenous therapies, with particular expertise in complex venous disease, pelvic venous disorders and acute deep venous thrombosis. His centre is an active contributor to the European Venous Registry (ever) of the European Society for Vascular Surgery. He has delivered more than 20 lectures at international vascular conferences on complex venous interventions, endovenous treatment of acute venous thrombosis and contemporary venous strategies. His academic interests include innovation, artificial intelligence, advanced imaging and new technologies aimed at improving planning, precision and outcomes in venous interventions.
