Advanced Venous Therapies Innovation Fellow at Inari Medical
Adam Gwozdz is the Advanced Venous Therapies Innovation Fellow at Inari Medical and a Clinical Lecturer in Vascular Surgery at Imperial College London. He was awarded the Arris & Gale Lectureship by the Royal College of Surgeons of England for his lecture: Optimising Venous Stenting Outcomes: Biomarkers, Surveillance, and Inflow Vessel Disease. Previously, he completed an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at St Thomas’ Hospital and King’s College London, followed by a Doctoral Research Fellowship investigating the role of platelets in venous stent thrombosis. His research has been supported by grants from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Circulation Foundation, and the Royal Society of Medicine. He has published in over 50 peer-reviewed journals and been fortunate to have received several prizes, including from the European Venous Forum, American Venous Forum, and the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis. His interests extend to health services research, digital health, innovation, and quality improvement.
