Prof. Dr. Michel Reijnen (MD, PhD) specializes in endovascular treatments and joined Rijnstate Hospital, Arnhem, in 2007. He has led multiple national and international trials and contributed to early innovations, including the Covered Endovascular Reconstruction of the Aortic Bifurcation technique. As a Professor at Twente University, his research focuses on flow quantification using advanced imaging techniques. He has published over 250 peer-reviewed papers, serves on editorial boards, and is a regular faculty member at major symposia. He has supervised 19 completed PhDs and consults for both large and startup medical companies.
