All cancellations will incur a 3% booking charge / administration fee.
Cancellations within 4 weeks of the meeting will be 50% refunded.
Cancellations within 1 week of the meeting will not be refunded.

If you have booked using a discount code, you will not be issued a refund if you cancel your place or do not attend.
Therefore, please ensure that you have study leave in place before booking your place using the discount code.
